In bsnl broad band connection when i request a page it showing requested url could not be retrieved?

Iam using BSNL broad band connection , when i request a page it showing "requested url could not be retrieved " it is bsnl exchange problem or any other and in task bar it show pppo network down error. plz help me… iam waiting for ur answer. thank u

can u call BSNL and tell them ur having this issue. They will run tru some steps with ur to see what is wrong.

Put your router off and restart it and see if things pick up before youmake the call. ppoe or ppoa are Service provider issues. Letting them know will give u a clear answer

  6. Don’t worry this is because of problem with your ISP(BSNL). may be due to problems in their servers or problem with connection line to your circle. this will be ok after some times.
