which is the best mobile broadband service? Tata or Reliance Broad Band?

i want to upgrade from reliance net connect 1x to a broad band service which gives cost effective and descent speed Tata photon or reliance broad band plus. Have any personal experience?

I think Reliance CDMA 1x is the best.
