Will a broad band access card work in Iraq in my laptop computer??

Will a broadband access card from Sprint, Cingular, Verizon, etc. work on my laptop computer in Iraq? Please don’t answer with check with a provider because I am asking someone who knows instead! Thanks.

nope. I would look at using a mini vsat rig. Hughes has a portable rig that is pretty solid and is reasonable if you are operating for an extended duration.
