How can i start broadband connection as computer starts?

i have bsnl broadband and i want it to connect automatically as i start my computer so, how can i do it.

If u r using bsnl, then switch on the modem atleast 5 mins before u switch on the pc.. the led on the indicating internet stops blinking after 2-3 minutes when u switch-on the modem n the internet is ready.. u have to connect to internet through the software provided by bsnl, everytime u switch-on the pc.. there is no automatic connection, u have to click connect in that software everytime.. enjoy..

when you install your software for your brondband setting, there should be an option for you to tick.

always keep ur network connection enabled and switch on the modem button as soon as u start the computer…

hi anishroc, when you order your dsl broadband service they will come out and make sure it is running for you when they install it they will place a disk on your roof facing west and then come into your house install a modem and get ready for instant excitment. it will speed your computer up by two faster than what it is with dialup and downloads will be faster and installed before you know it but you know what they mean when they say there is a complaint my mojor complaint is that you get spioled to that speed and if you have a delay you automaticly start troubleshooting your system no need some downloads comes from many miles away and so be a little patient. lol good luck hope you are happy with your dsl broadband service

There is an option in your modems page to auto connect the internet when the computer starts ….Take internet explorer and type 192.168.1.1 .this might be the ip of your modem
